How to order a pedal:
Pedals are handbuilt to order and can be shipped to anywhere in the world. Please get in touch using the Contact button, the Message box above or via the social media (Instagram preferred for social media messages).
Shipping:
All pedals are sent tracked and signed for. Please get in touch for a shipping price.
Payments:
All payments are by PayPal invoices. Once completed and ready to ship you will receive a PayPal invoice for the final amount left to pay (total including shipping less any deposit already paid).
What consumer rights do I have?
All transactions are in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and PayPal policies. Latent Lemon Audio has great customer service - get in touch and find out!
Turnaround:
Usually 2 - 4 weeks but often sooner, please get in touch to confirm current completion times.
Warranty:
12 months for the original owner. Although, even outside the warranty period please do get in touch if you have any problems with your pedal as I will still usually help.
Custom artwork:
Sometimes… depending what you require and there may be an extra cost. Send a message and ask!
